HARRISON NARRATIVE DEBUNKED: WHY THE “SET-UP” CLAIM MAKES NO SENSE

VDM has once again addressed the growing narrative surrounding the Harrison kidnapping case, making it clear that silence becomes impossible when misinformation starts gaining ground.

He reacted to claims circulating on TikTok and other platforms suggesting that kidnappers could not have known money was missing from the ransom. According to VDM, this argument is not just weak — it is an insult to basic intelligence.

Kidnappers are never careless about ransom collection. That is why they give strict instructions on how money should be packaged — denominations, bundling, and structure.

When money is delivered in ₦1 million bundles, counting is not done note by note. It is done by bundles:
1… 2… 3… 20 bundles = ₦20 million. A missing bundle is immediately obvious.

Kidnappers are not stupid. The process is designed to be fast, clean, and foolproof.

VDM explained that the argument about “counting ₦100 million in seconds” completely misses the point — because counting is not done that way.

He also dismantled the claim that Harrison was “set up,” pointing out a critical flaw: if prototype money or trackers were truly involved, removing ₦5.4 million made no sense.

In fact, the smarter move would have been to add fake or tracked money on top of the existing ₦20 million — making it ₦25.4 million. Kidnappers would likely have assumed extra money was added and released the victims.

The only reason missing funds were noticed, VDM stated, is because money was removed without proper replacement. Anything else is emotional storytelling designed to protect wrongdoing.

He also criticized self-proclaimed activists who rushed to defend Harrison purely out of hatred for him — even if it meant siding with what is clearly wrong.

Bad is bad. No sentiment. No narratives.

VDM reaffirmed that integrity does not bend for friendship, loyalty, or public sympathy. Once integrity is damaged, it rarely returns.

His message was clear: Nigerians must learn to think critically. Blind sentiment — not facts — is why corruption continues to thrive.
