HARRISON IS FREE — NOW NIGERIANS DESERVE THE TRUTH
🟥⚖️ Harrison Is Free — And Nigerians Deserve the Truth
Accountability does not end with release.
Reports are now circulating that Harrison has been released, and some people have rushed online to shout “shame on VeryDarkMan.”
Shame for what?
Do people honestly think the goal was for Harrison to remain detained forever? The truth is simple: his release is exactly what is needed right now.
Nigerians deserve answers — not noise, not sentiment, not blind loyalty.
From the very beginning, VDM made his position clear:
“I will wait until he comes out to speak for himself.”
That position has not changed.
This is not about wishing anyone harm or imprisonment. It is about accountability.
When ₦5.5 million goes missing in the middle of a kidnapping ransom process, explanations are not optional — they are mandatory.
And yes — Harrison owes the public an explanation.
Why was ₦5.5 million missing? Why was it taken? What exactly happened between collection and delivery?
These questions are not hate. They are basic responsibility.
What many people are ignoring is the damage already done. While Harrison was detained and the issue went viral, the entire ransom process reportedly collapsed.
The family was meant to retrieve the missing funds and complete payment — but the kidnappers allegedly moved the goalpost after seeing the exposure online.
The ransom reportedly increased. Then increased again. Then reduced slightly.
As at the last confirmed update, the victim was still in the bush.
This is not a movie. This is real life.
When people scream “set up,” logic must still apply. Kidnappers do not guess missing money — they instruct how cash should be bundled.
Counting bundles is not rocket science. Anyone who has handled large cash understands this.
And that is why narratives alone will not save anyone.
VDM’s stance has never been emotional. It has always been factual:
– If you claim trackers were involved — show proof.
– If you claim previous successful rescues — show evidence.
– If money was removed — explain why.
No cut-and-join videos. No selective clips. No damage-control storytelling.
Just facts.
This is not about liking or hating anyone. It is about protecting victims, stopping exploitation, and ensuring kidnapping does not become a marketplace where money disappears without explanation.
Sentiment will not fix Nigeria. Silence will not fix Nigeria.
Truth will.
Now that Harrison is out, the next step is simple:
Talk. Explain. Clarify.
Nigeria is listening.
Peace and love.
Don’t play.
